Hans Peter Pfeifer has a degree in viticulture and wine making from the University of Geisenheim, Germany. He has over 30 years of grape growing experience and is an expert in cold climate viticulture. His love of grapes is obvious and he is anxious to share his knowledge. Educational tours of the local vineyards are available by request.
Nancy Pfeifer has had extensive cooking and entertaining experience. She was the head cook and manager at the historical Pelee Club – a private fishing and hunt club on Pelee Island – for 8 seasons. Then, also on Pelee Island, Nancy owned and operated the “Alles Gute Bake Shop and Delicatessen” quite happily for 8 years. She is looking forward to spoiling her guests with old fashioned country baked goods.
