The Bell house was built by Charles J. Bell for his wife Clara at the beginning of the 1900’s; in fact her cameo still sits above the front door of the home. The Bell’s started an insurance company in the house and after the couple passed away left the house to their son Charles Jr.

The Boutette and Dudlets family occupied the house after the Bell’s and renovated the house by adding two bathrooms and redoing the central staircase. Nancy and Peter Pfiefer bought the house in September of 2004 and have been working to make the house what it is today.
